What makes us stand out from other dog groomers is we always put your dog’s welfare first with tailor-made services that are designed for each individual dog and owner. That’s because we truly love and understand dogs and their psychology, and we want them to enjoy their pampering time with us. We are stress and fear free dog grooming spa that uses our extensive knowledge of canine behaviour and psychology to help each dog feel at ease.
Before any dog puts a single paw on the grooming table, we give each dog lots of love, attention and reassurance to help them feel relaxed and comfortable. We find this helps build that ever so important trust very early on as we understand that for a dog, in the hands of the wrong groomer, they can find grooming distressing. We also know that some dogs do not like crates and for this reason, we have a no crate policy at Pawfectly.
Your dog’s visit to Pawfectly
Each time you bring your dog to Pawfectly for a one-to-one dog grooming or spa session, we always put your dog and what they need to feel comfortable at the centre of the visit. The bond of friendship and trust we build with each and every dog is crucial. We use our canine behavioural techniques and psychology to figure out what makes your dog happy, whether they are cuddle-orientated, all about play or won over with tasty food. Our salon is filled with a huge range of doggie toys, comfortable beds and high-quality, nutritious treats. Each visit starts and ends with us hanging out with your dog, so don’t be surprised to find us sitting on the floor with them when it’s pick-up time!
Rehabilitation
If your dog needs extra help to feel comfortable in their spa session, we specialise in working with nervous, anxious or aggressive dogs and those who have had a bad grooming experience in the past. We will work at rehabilitating and retraining your dog throughout their time with us, taking all the time they need and giving you honest feedback along the way. All the time they need
Each of our team only grooms three dogs every day, so we can spend extra time making their spa trip a happy and relaxed one with plenty of cuddles, playtime and treats. This is not a conveyor belt dog grooming salon.
