During each one-to-one grooming experience, we take extra time to create a bond with your dog. Using our canine behavioural knowledge, stacks of toys and high-quality treats, we ensure the whole visit is led by your dog and how they feel.
Working with nervous or worried dogs is our speciality, so if they’ve had a bad grooming experience in the past, we will work with them to turn this around using positive behavioural techniques and lots of love and patience.
By the time we finish, your dog will be looking super smart, feeling really relaxed and will always return to us with their tail wagging in the future.
Each service includes:
A consultation to discuss what you would like for your pets haircut. We will go through your requirements for their groom and gain an understanding of your pets personality and their history of grooming. If your pet has more specialised needs, such as being severely nervous, aggressive or a medical condition we will have a more detailed conversation with you to ascertain the best route for your pet and how we can help.
An essential health check to make sure your dog is able to partake in their pampering experience.

Grooming and Spa Services
Full Pamper – Groom with Clipping and Styling
This is the ultimate spa experience for your dog. It includes a warm bubble bath, professional haircut (as agreed in your consultation) and dry and style. Your dog’s claws and paws will also benefit from our pawdicure service.
We will clear out your dog’s groin area, and should you wish to take us up on it, there’s a complimentary teeth cleaning option.
They will be guaranteed to finish looking fabulous and feeling in tip-top condition!
Puppy introductory package
It’s never too early to start introducing your little pup to the whole bathing, grooming and pampering package. It helps to build their confidence and social skills, in addition to tidying them up. As with all our services, you can be assured this will be a fun and positive experience for your young one, involving lots of cuddles, love and attention. There are even puppy-sized toys and beds, should they need to take a power nap.
They will head out the door looking even cuter than when they entered, and we guarantee they will be really happy to visit us the next time!
De-shed & tidy up
For dogs with an extra undercoat, this spa package is designed to help their natural de-shedding process, which in turn keeps their skin and coat extra healthy. An added bonus is you’ll also have less loose hair flying around your home afterwards!
They will enjoy a lovely de-shed mud massage whilst in their bath and we can either keep them natural and skip the scissor tidy-up service or neaten them up with a hand scissor cut. Both options are available on our bookings page.
Hand stripping
Our hand-stripping service is great for dogs with certain types of coats. The aim is to remove dead hair to keep the skin and coat healthy. This, in turn, stops hair follicles from getting blocked and irritated and will bring out the rich colour and beautiful shine in their coat.
Also included is a warming bubble bath, pawdicure and complementary teeth clean, if you’d like to take us up on that.

Brush & Bubbles
There’s nothing better than a lovely bubble bath with a soothing massage, and all our visiting dogs agree! We include an awesome banana facial to help remove any tough dirt, stubborn staining and greasy residue around their face, leaving them even more kissable.
Finished off with a warming and gentle fluffing session using our temperature-controlled Dyson dog dryers and skin-friendly brushes, your dog will feel wonderful by the time we finish.
Pawdicures
Keep your dog’s claws neat and trimmed with a Pawfectly pawdicure! With a relaxing paw massage using our award-winning paw balm, your dog will be ready to trot away happily at the end of the session.
Full Hand Scissor Cut
Depending on your dog’s breed and your personal style preferences, we do offer full hand scissor cuts, for all dogs, small and large. Pricing does vary according to size and style, so it’s best to contact us directly to discuss what you are looking for.
